A beautiful cut for slow roasting, just like you would lamb. Add some rosemary and garlic and slow cook for a good 3 or 4 hours until tender and falling off the bone.

Half a leg is usually about 1.2kg

Whole leg can be between 2.3kg and 3kg 

£14 per kg
