Description
A delicious creamy goats brie. We ripen the cheese for 3 weeks, when it is still firm in the centre and it gradually softens towards the centre. Perfect for a cheese board or for adding to tarts, flans or baking whole. Try adding some sweet chilli jam.
Each round is apprx 120g.
